By accessing or using FreeSVGConverter.com (“Service”), operated by Known by One LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
FreeSVGConverter provides AI-powered image vectorization services, converting raster images (PNG, JPG, WebP) into scalable vector graphics (SVG) format.
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
- 1 free conversion credit is provided upon email verification
Credit System
- 1 credit = 1 image conversion
- New users receive 1 free credit after email verification
- Additional credits: $9.99 for 50 credits, $19.99 for 200 credits, $39.99 for 500 credits
- Credits expire 12 months after last account activity
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- All sales are final
- Prices are in USD and may be subject to tax
You agree NOT to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt to bypass security measures
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Upload malware or malicious code
Your Content
You retain ownership of images you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images for vectorization purposes only.
Our Service
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Known by One LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Known by One LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We offer refunds for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues or service failures beyond this period.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Known by One LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice.
